The Gridwell difference

One company stays accountable from first call to final check-in.

You should not need to decode rebate rules, chase multiple contractors or wonder who owns the next step. Gridwell brings the moving parts together and keeps you informed.

02

Advice before equipment.

We start with the home, the rooms you use and what is not working now. The system comes second.

03

No inflated promises.

We explain likely options and program rules in plain English. Eligibility, incentives and pricing are checked—not assumed.

Heating & cooling

The right kind of comfort for your home.

From one hard-to-heat room to a complete whole-home upgrade, we help narrow the options before organising installation.

01

Split systems

Efficient heating and cooling for one room or a key living area, sized around how you actually use the space.

02

Multi-head systems

Comfort across several rooms with multiple indoor units connected to a single outdoor unit.

03

Ducted reverse cycle

Whole-home heating and cooling with discreet outlets, zoning options and one central system.

04

Efficient replacements

A practical path away from ageing, expensive-to-run or unreliable heating and cooling.

How it works

Four clear steps. One team to call.

We keep the process understandable and tell you what is happening before anything is booked.

Start with an assessment
  1. 01

    Tell us about your home

A short call covers the property, existing heating and cooling, comfort problems and priorities.

  2. 02

    Understand your options

We outline suitable system types and check whether current energy-efficiency incentives may apply.

  3. 03

    Approve a clear proposal

You receive the scope and costs before deciding. No installation is organised without your agreement.

  4. 04

    We coordinate the upgrade

Licensed installation partners complete the work while Gridwell coordinates administration and support.

POTENTIAL INCENTIVEEligibility first.

Property + existing system + approved product + current program rules

Checked before any claim is made

Government incentives

Rebates can help. The details matter.

Eligible households may qualify for energy-efficiency incentives when replacing certain heating and cooling systems. The amount and requirements can vary by state, property, product and program.

  • We help determine potential eligibility
  • We explain customer costs before you proceed
  • We coordinate relevant paperwork
  • We work with appropriately accredited partners
Important

Rebates are not guaranteed. Eligibility is assessed against current program rules and the proposed installation.

Understand rebates

A better decision

Know what you are agreeing to.

01

Right-sized advice

Recommendations shaped around the home and how it is used—not just the system someone wants to sell.

02

Clear responsibilities

Gridwell coordinates the customer journey. Licensed installation partners carry out the installation work.

03

Upfront scope

Equipment, installation scope, customer contribution and relevant conditions are explained before approval.

04

Support after booking

You retain a Gridwell contact while the work is being coordinated, rather than being passed between companies.

Common questions

Straight answers, before you commit.

Still unsure? Book a no-pressure call and ask us directly.

Ask about your home

No. Gridwell plans and coordinates the upgrade, helps with relevant paperwork and supports you through the process. Installation is completed by appropriately licensed and accredited installation partners.

We can check your circumstances against the current program requirements. Eligibility depends on factors such as your location, property, existing equipment, proposed product and the rules in force at the time.

No. We do not advertise free systems. Eligible households may receive an incentive that reduces the cost of an approved upgrade, but customer contributions and eligibility vary.

We currently focus on residential reverse cycle air conditioning, including split systems, multi-head systems, ducted reverse cycle and energy-efficient replacements.

A Gridwell team member will review the information you provide, contact you to understand the home and your priorities, then explain suitable next steps. There is no obligation to proceed.
